Delhi Charter School PTO and Parental Advisory would like to celebrate and show our appreciation for our DCS Teachers and Staff. If you would like to join us in showing your appreciation, we have listed a few suggestions below. If you have something special in mind, that is perfectly fine. Again, these are just suggestions.
Please join us in celebrating National Teacher Appreciation Week the week of May 3rd -7th!
Here is how you can help:
Grow-up Monday:
Give your child’s teacher a plant or flower to show your appreciation for helping your child grow into the person they are becoming.
Indebted to you Tuesday:
Give a gift card to your teacher. An example could be a gift card for coffee and say “thanks a latte” or a subway gift card and say “There’s no sub-stitute for a great teacher”.
Sweets and Treats Wednesday:
Send your child’s teacher a sweet treat to show your appreciation in a small simple way.
Thank You Letter Thursday:
Have your child express their appreciation or gratitude to their teacher with a thank you note or letter.
We Appreciate You Friday:
