This is the final fundraiser for JR BETA members raising money for nationals in Nashville, TN. It will be held at the Rayville Walmart THIS Saturday from 11 am - 1 pm. BBQ chicken plates are $10 and include chicken, beans, potato salad, and bread. Sausage on a bun plates are $5.

LHSAA Track and Field State Championships UPDATE:
DCS Junior Tayven Carter won his 6th and 7th career individual state championships by becoming the 2026 Long Jump AND Triple Jump State Champion! He won the Gold in the Long Jump with a leap of 23' 2.75". He won the gold and also broke the class 2A triple jump record at 49' 1". #GoTayven #GoGators
The DCS sophomore class of 2028 took a Biology field trip to the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans where they finally got to see the infamous wildebeest in person. Lots of learning and fun was had by all and they represented our school so well. #sophomores #summerapproaching

DCS FFA hosted their first ever end of the year banquet last night, and the entire chapter is incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support and celebrate our members! It was a wonderful evening recognizing the dedication, hard work, and accomplishments of our students. We couldn’t do it without the support of our parents, school, and community💙💛
