DCS junior high student council members served at Grace Place today to assist in providing a Thanksgiving meal to those in need as well as entertain children. Grace Place is a soup kitchen located in Monroe, LA that not only provides meals to the community but also provides clothing to those in need. Council members in attendance were President Curtis Hall, Isabella Davis, Emma Walls, Brooklyn Jones, Joi'Anna Reynolds, Aundrea Huckabay, Payton Thomas, LaShayla Jones, Samyah Guice, MaKayla Grady, Kade Brown, Ian Till, and Benton Welch."

Greetings 🐊 Family, At last night's Board Meeting, it was approved to cancel school Friday (11/18) in lieu of the Playoff Football Contest in Metairie, LA. There are seats available on the Belles/Cheer Charter Bus as a first come first serve to teachers, parents, and high school students wishing to travel to the game. The price will be $50 per seat and will not include food or game admission. The bus will leave from DCS parking lot at approximately 11am on Friday with a food stop in Kenner, LA. Please contact Coach Clark to check availability and pay for seats. Money is due by the close of business on Wednesday.
